2026 Keynote: Thriving Together by Jeanine Fitzgerald
What does it really take for children, families, and communities to thrive?
The answer may be simpler than we think: we need one another. 
Drawing on research from around the world—and wisdom that has shaped communities for generations—this keynote explores the powerful role that connection, belonging, and shared responsibility play in creating stronger futures. Together, we’ll look at what becomes possible when we recognize that none of us succeeds alone—and how each of us can help create a community where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Jeanine Fitzgerald brings more than 48 years of professional experience empowering educators, parents, and professionals to help children reach their full potential. A certified teacher, mental health professional, Human Behavior Consultant and Specialist, and Owner of The Fitzgerald Institute of Lifelong Learning, Jeanine specializes in research-based strategies in leadership, education, disabilities, and mental health.
As a nationally recognized speaker, consultant, and master trainer, Jeanine has worked with thousands of children, families, and professionals across the country. She is the founder of Fitzgerald Community School in Massachusetts and the author of The Dance of Interaction, as well as several national training programs. Her work is grounded in understanding the unique needs of every child and supporting the adults who help them thrive.
